What form of payment may I use to pay?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, Paypal and Cash
Do you provide free parking?
There is free street parking on Orange St which is just around the corner.
Additionally, we offer parking permits for street parking on 4th St in the front of the inn for $25/day. We have private off street parking for one car which can be purchased for $40/day.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We have a private driver who provides service to our guests. ILM pick-up and drop-off for $25/way. For other airports/destinations, please email us at info@dreamersbnb.com
For a less fancy ride feel free to use Uber or Lyft.
Do you host retreats?
We are the perfect retreat destination and have made it easy for facilitators to customize a lovely retreat.

Can I have my wedding at Dreamers BNB?
We absolutely love LOVE.
We offer an all inclusive 3 Day Wedding Weekend package which includes accommodations, rehearsal dinner, reception meal and farewell brunch.
What are your cancellation policies?
The following policies apply for individual bookings made directly with us through Website, Phone or Email:
If the booking is cancelled fewer than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. If the booking is cancelled fewer than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Please note:
Different cancellation policies may apply when reservation was made via a 3rd party booking service (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia). Those bookings must be cancelled through the applicable provider, and cannot be cancelled through us.
For group bookings (of more than 3 rooms) different policies may apply. Please check with us directly.
Do you provide beach chairs and towels?
We are happy you’re going to the beach! It’s gorgeous! We have both beach chairs and beach towels for your use, at no charge. Just ask.
When you return from the beach please leave these items outside as not to track sand inside.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?
Your rooms at the Inn will be cleaned daily. For ‘The Drift Away’ daily housekeeping is not included but can be booked for an additional fee.
Please let us know if you need fresh towels, or anything to make your stay comfortable.
We are here for you from 8am-8pm.
Do you have A/C in each room?
Yes.
Do you offer airport pick-ups?
We do have our own driver. lyft, uber as more economic solution and 24hrs.
How far are you from the beach?
We are 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach and 18 miles from Kure Beach. There are many nearby beaches to explore including Topsail Beach and Oak Island. We are surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches in the United States so if beaches are your thing, you are in luck!
How far from Downtown?
We are located only two blocks from Front Street, we are considered downtown.
Do you allow pets?
We are dog-friendly in designated rooms.: The Romantic Suite, The Dreamer Suite
Dogs may use the private entry for your suite only.
Dogs are not permitted in any of the indoor common areas.
As always practice responsibility in cleaning up after your dog.
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $40/dog.
Do you allow Children?
Children 12-16 are welcome.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is 3pm-8pm. Please let us know what time to expect you.
Late check-in possible?
All check-ins after 8pm are subject to a $25 late-check-in fee. Please let us know in advance if you will be checking in after 8pm
Is self check-in available?
Self check-in is possible at any hour when you reserve The Dreamer Suite or The Drift Away.
What time is check out?
Check-out is at 11am.
Is late check-out possible?
Late check-out can be arranged based on availability. Guests who occupy the room beyond 1pm will be charged a fee of $50.
Is breakfast included?
We do provide a complimentary light breakfast. Please make your selection the night before.
What dining options do you have?
You may order a gourmet breakfast, boxed lunch or private chef dinner to enjoy anywhere on property including your room, the front porch or the parlor. Please make your request at least one day in advance.
Do all rooms have a private bath?
All rooms are equipped with private bathroom with rain showers.
Can rooms sleep an extra guest?
Two of our rooms can sleep three guests. We provide a comfortable twin bed for triple occupancy.
Is smoking allowed?
Nowhere on or around the property is smoking permitted. This includes smoking or vaping of any variety.
Do you have TV?
Each room is equipped with a smart TV. Please feel free to log on to your own subscription.
You may also set an automatic log-out to correlate with your check-out date.
Do you have Wifi?
We do. Please see your check-in information for the password.
What hours is your front desk open?
As a small boutique inn, we do not have a front desk. Worry not! We are available from 8am-8pm and can be reached via text at anytime.
Can I make my own meals?
No, even better… you have your own private chef (and bartender!). Please order your meals at least one day in advance. We can arrange services like nightly happy hour with hors d’oeuvres, boxed lunches or a gourmet four course meal.
In addition, we keep an assortment of food and beverage items in the pantry. These can be found in the fridge, and purchased with cash or room charge.
Do you offer yoga?
Please ask about our yoga schedule. Yoga is held on the front porch and costs $20 per person which can be charged to your room. If you’d rather practice at a local studio, we have several within walking distance.
Yoga Salt Wilmington offers guests of Dreamers BNB a $30 unlimited Yoga Pass for the length of your stay (up to 30 days).
Do you offer massage?
We have highly skilled massage therapists available for private sessions in your room. Please inquire on availability.
Do you offer packages, honeymoon specials?
You can add services like massage, gourmet meals and sparkling wine & berries when you make your reservation, or during your stay.
Can I do my laundry?
No, but we can! Laundry service is $25/load. Just ask for a linen bag. We will have it back to you within 24 hours.
